Refund Policy

Monarch Ops LLC publishes most of its content free of charge, so most visitors will not make a payment to us. This policy applies to any paid service or digital product we provide.

Paid services

If a project or service is paid for, refund terms are set out in the written agreement or invoice for that work. Where none are stated, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment, provided work has not yet been delivered.

Delivered work

Completed and delivered digital work is generally non-refundable. If something we delivered does not match what was agreed, contact us and we will revise it or discuss a fair resolution.

How to request a refund

Email contact@monarchops.com with your name, the payment date, and the reason. We reply within 5 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
